Acting Level Two

Time: Monday evenings 7.00pm – 8.45pm

Term 3 – Monday 29th April 2019 – Monday 1st July 2019

(This is a three-term course, newcomers are very welcome to join at the start of term 1 or 2 but not term 3 as the students will be preparing for a performance).

Cost: £110 per term – 10 Sessions. Early Bird tickets (£90) are available until 1 month before the starting date.

This course is non-refundable. However, your place can be transferred to the following term if required. (This is only providing we have the space and can only be done one time and before the class starts.)

Course Requirements: Participants must have completed Acting Level 1 or equivalent. Please contact us if uncertain.

Participants must be over 18 years of age. For those under 18, please see our youth theatre page.

Over the duration of the year, the course will cover the following practitioners and their methods of working:

  • Stanislavski
  • Brecht
  • Shakespeare

Each term will culminate in a sharing, with the final term concluding with a production in the theatre.

Instructor – Kaz Luckins

Kaz is an actress, singer, voiceover artist, director, drama practitioner, fight director and performance combat instructor. Her acting credits are very diverse, ranging from Shakespeare to pantomime villains, princes and fairies with bag ladies and tarts in between.

As an accomplished director and drama practitioner, she has worked with numerous companies and people right from nursery age up to OAPs over the course of many years.

This will be her fourth year of running the Adult Acting Classes at The Blue Orange Theatre.
