Terms and Conditions

After purchasing tickets you will receive a receipt for the transaction.

In our attempt to be as green as possible we do not print tickets.  All you need to do is give your name at the box office on your arrival and you will be ticked off the list.

All purchases will appear as ‘Blue Orange Arts Limited’ which is the registered charity operating the Blue Orange Theatre.

Each performance in the Blue Orange Theatre uses an unreserved seating format.

If you are late for a performance we will seat you at the most suitable point in the performance. This may not be until the interval.

To qualify as a concession you must be one of the following:  Under 16, over 65, unemployed, a full time student or a member of equity.  Please note we will require evidence of concessionary status.

Terms and Conditions of Sale: Exchanges are only possible for the same production subject to availability.

Tickets cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Purchased tickets may only be re-released once all available tickets are sold.

The information contained within the website and on printed media, is correct at time of going to publication. The Blue Orange Theatre reserves the right to make alterations where necessary and is not liable for any subsequent omissions.

The use of recording equipment of any description is strictly prohibited in the theatre.

For the benefit of your fellow theatre-goers please turn off all mobile phones, pagers and similar devices during the performance.

Only food and drink purchased on the premises can be consumed on the premises.
