Learn to salsa and dance your way into fitness. No partner needed just turn up and we will show you how to dance. The steps areeasy to follow and the music music is fast paced and exciting so expect to sweat. Come and enjoy learning Latin dance steps including Tango, Salsa, Cha cha cha, Merengue and Samba Ideal for aerobic fitness and toning.

Salsa Partner Dancing – Beginners

Suitable for everyone from those who have never danced with a partner or for those who haven’t dance for a long time and want to brush up on the basics. A good class to learn something new, meet new people and have fun.

Class times: Sunday1.30pm – 2.30pm

Length of class: 1 Hour

Salsa Dance Class – Intermediate

Learn the turns, spins and footwork combinations that make salsa so exciting to dance. In this class you will master turn combinations. timing and partner connection for leading or following.

Class times: Sunday 2.45pm – 3.45pm

Length of class: 1 Hour

American Tap Dance – Beginners

Learn to Tap dance American style. The American style of tap dance incorporate, jazz steps, the Charleston and classic steps from Broadway, Hollywood movies such as 42nd Street, The Cotton Club, Top Hat and Singing in the Rain. Think: Fred and Ginger, Gene Kelly and Gregory Hines. Its a very energetic and exciting dance that is ideal for people who want to a a bit a Razzamatazz to their dancing.

Class times: Sunday 4.00pm – 4.45pm

Length of class: 45 minutes
